Barcelona welcomes your four legged friends to our community. 

There is a 2 pet maximum per unit.

THE FOLLOWING BREEDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

• Akita
• Beagle
• Bloodhound
• Boxer
• Chihuahua
• Chow Chow
• Dalmation
• Doberman
• German Shepard
• Great Dane
• Lhasa Apso
• Mastiff
• Pitt Bull
• Poodle
• Rottweiler
• Shi-Tzu
• Staffordshire Terrier
• St. Bernard

All "mixed/mutt" breeds must have certification from a licensed D.V.M. of the actual breed mix.  Unfortunately, Barcelona does not accept any mix/mutt breeds containing any of the above listed breeds.

Cats are welcome in all buildings, and accepted dogs are allowed in select buildings only. 

THE FOLLOWING BUILDINGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOG OWNERS:

• 22 and 32 (Madrid, one bedroom)
• 28 (Seville, two bedroom flat)
• 29 (Naples and Milan, two-level and tri-level town-homes)
• 53 (Lisbon, three bedroom)

Dogs must be at least one year old, and a photo of your pet must be taken prior to move-in. 

Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered.

Security deposit is increased by $1,000.00 and due prior to move-in.
